Owner
With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Lou has built a reputation for excellence through his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He rose from a prep cook to proprietor within three years before opening LouReda’s: An American Table.
Chef Justin Gaines
Chef Partner & Culinary Director
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Justin has over 19 years of experience, including Michelin-starred kitchens and the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. He leads LouReda’s culinary vision and supports community outreach programs.
Chef Malik Williams
Chef de Cuisine
Chef Malik blends creativity and business savvy, with experience spanning fine dining and private clubs. A two-time NCRLA Best Chef finalist, he shares his passion through community building and mentorship.
